This is a great image. We visited an OCA parish on "Theophany" one year where the priest was very, thorough, with the blessed water. Egad, imagine if he had been Western Rite and got to lead off Mass with the Asperges every week!
Hahaha! Some people just can't take a blessing with Holy Water.
