This post was inspired by this WRO sermon on Pentecost. Forgive any unintentional irreverence. (Interesting results, but anyone who knows me knows I am actually the Blue Beetle! Ted Kord, that is; I don't know about the new series.)

Update: I see they have removed their sermon on Pentecost -- which for them was last week -- and replaced it with a sermon on Holy Trinity. To understand the post: the original sermon likened the Holy Spirit's bursting forth on Pentecost as a "rushing mighty wind" and lighting upon the Apostles as "tongues of fire" to the dramatic entrance superheroes made....hence this stupid post from a stupid man.

This is actually the group I wrote about here: they were accepted by Abuna Yesehaq into the Ethiopian Orthodox Church (Non-Chalcedonian). One can question where they are with the death of Abuna Yesehaq, but....

You're right; there are very frightening "Western Orthodox" groups on the 'net. Thanks!
